convention invitations and business community marketing. All
programs are specific to each clients needs and are employed

Rich Media Invitation – You never get a second chance to make a first impression and the dynamics or our rich media email has proven to be the most impressive and effective. Registration Page – We’ll create a fully branded landing page for not only registration but for data capture as well. e-Commerce Platform – If one is not available we can create a branded platform where registrants can sign up and pay on-line. All registrations will include an auto responder that may also include attachments like a newsletter or relevant information. Follow up Thank You / Survey – Video and/or digital pictures will be taken and selected to send as a post event rich media thank you for attending. A survey may be attached and we will document all results. You may even do pre-registration for other upcoming events. Database Management – We collect, sort and report all
information relative to as many data points as you desire.
It’s stored and available for on-going and relevant
marketing based on previous actions taken and preferences
submitted.
